Sapphire is another doe that I am very proud of. She is out of my beloved Lily and combines many of Lily's strengths with improved dairy character, length, and size. She retains her dam's levelness and very well attached mammary. She is a very smooth doe throughout with tons of body capacity. I made this breeding hoping for increased milk production over her dam and I got it. Sapphire did not kid in 2008, and only had a single in 2009, so her milk production was not up to its full potential. I will have to see what 2010 brings for her.
